Theatre Instruction

This class is designed as a gentle introduction to theatre where theme-based units are complete with games, props, music and creative movement. At the end of each semester, students showcase their acting talents and perform a rehearsed play in front of a live audience.

Examples of acting techniques include

• The Strasberg Method of Acting
• The Viola Spolin Method of Roleplay and Theatre Games
• The Keith Johnstone Method of Improvisation
