Visual Arts Director
Wes Holloway
Wes has been fascinated by art ever since he was a child. He was born and raised right here in Katy, and attended college at The University of Texas at Austin. It was during this time that Wes developed his skill as a painter and teacher. He was involved in student teaching in both public schools and after school art programs. Wes received his Bachelor of Arts and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art—concentrating on painting and drawing. After graduation, Wes continued life as a practicing artist and teacher. He has had his artwork displayed in Houston, Austin, Dallas and Washington D.C. As instructor at KVPAC, Wes immerses his students in art theory, art history, and traditional technique in a fun yet professional studio setting.
