The Spitfire Grill
After being released from jail,?with no home or?family?to speak of,?Percy Talbott travels through Maine looking for a new beginning. When she arrives in the?waning town of Gilead, whose remaining residents seem to have long since grown numb to the commanding countryside that encloses them, Percy?is taken in by crabby Hannah Ferguson, the owner of?The Spitfire Grill, in exchange for services as a waitress.?She also befriends a waitress named Shelby,?the wife of Hannah's nephew,?and begins a romance with an attractive local named Joe. But when Hannah falls ill and Percy plans to help her sell the restaurant, Shelby's husband becomes suspicious of her intentions. Percy ultimately brings change to the small town, stirring resentment and fear in some and growth in others.

The?Importance?of Being Earnest
Poor Jack Worthing is in a pickle: his responsibilities at his beautiful estate in the English countryside call for him to be societally above reproach, yet his heart yearns for the decadent pleasures of London, no matter how un-virtuous these delights may seem to his constituents in Hertfordshire.????How to fix this???Why not invent a conveniently wicked younger brother who constantly needs rescuing from London?s dens of iniquity???Surely this will lead to no humorous complications further down the road?.

Vanities
Vanities?is a laugh-out-loud,?bittersweet comedy that is an astute, snapshot-sharp chronicle of the lives of three regional, small town Texas girls. In 1963, Joanne, Kathy and Mary are aggressively vivacious cheerleaders. Five years later in their college sorority house, they are confronting their futures with nervous jauntiness. In 1974, they reunite briefly in New York. Their lives have diverged ? their friendship, which once thrived on assumption as well-coordinated as sweater sets, is strained and ambiguous. Old-time banter rings false. Their attempts at honest conversation only show they can no longer afford to have very much in common. ?

Amateurs?
Following the opening night of the Timberly Troupers' musical about undertakers, Dorothy and her slightly daft husband, Charlie, host a gathering of actors and friends. The chic opening night party is in another part of town, but into Dorothy's living room comes a few members of the New England community theatre group. When Paul?(a well-known drama critic and friend of Dorothy's who has just broken his rule of never reviewing Community Theater)?has a heart attack, he drops his not-yet-published review before being taken to the hospital. The actors read it and confront the harsh reality of a pan. Dorothy's sweetness and patience rise above bitter tirades, barbs and insults as they all try to control their emotions. The party becomes the setting where the dreams, loves, failures and successes of this group are explored with bittersweet humor and the relationship between risk and need is touchingly depicted.

Alice in Wonderland?
As the curtain rises, Alice slides into view at the end of her long fall down the rabbit-hole. It is a more delightful place for the audience than for Alice, who is trying desperately to get back home. She tries to get help from the Mad Hatter, the Rabbit, and from the very nice Cheshire Cat.?Based on the classic by Lewis Carroll. Adapted by Anne Coulter Martens.??
